Why Earthing...
In the last hundred or so years we have lost something vital for our health and wellbeing: our electrical connection to the Earth. With the advent of rubber and plastic soled shoes, and insulating mattresses in insulating houses, we spend our days and nights disconnected from the Earth.
One only has to walk barefoot in the grass or on a beach to regain this connection and feel the nurturing effects, and yet in our modern lives it is not always practical to do so. There is a very physical and scientifically verifiable reason why we feel better when we do this:
The Earth is a massive reservoir of free electrons. Without a connection to this reservoir, the cells in our body are unable to balance the charge of electron-deficient free radicals. The effect of grounding on clumped blood cells is also well documented (see Scientific Research).
There are various things we can do to balance this electron-deficiency, such as anti-oxidant rich foods and drinking living water. But what has been largely overlooked until recently is receiving free electrons from the Earth.
It's such a simple thing and yet the effect can be so profound. In our modern lives we can't always be outside and barefoot, and so the products offered on this website are designed to provide this electrical connection to the Earth in a convenient and practical way.
Electromagnetic Fields (EMF)
There is another effect of grounding which is particularly relevant in our modern electrical world. Our environment is full of a wide spectrum of electromagnetic radiation, from computers, mobile phones & masts, radio & TV broadcasts, WiFi, Bluetooth, power lines, domestic wiring, and other electrical appliances.
This electromagnetic radiation induces voltages in our bodies, disrupting the trillions of subtle electrical communications which are a vital part of the function of our body's systems. I've tried a lot of different grounding sheets this one is amazing the best I've had. When I sleep in a bed with out the grounding sheet and pillow case I feel the difference the day after. Customers service great. Postage very quick. So glad I spent that bit more definitely worth the money xx

I found Groundology is a great company to buy from.
1st their Soft Silver grounding sheet truly grounds you, I go no where without it, I bought one over 3 years when I had a very bad toothache, a friend had the sheet and I wrapped the sheet around my jaw &neck, I could feel the pain drain away, it blew me away the reaction in my body and recently I gave it to someone that needed it for a week, I saw a huge difference in my own body being without it for a week. I ended up buying a second one

I bought a Groundology grounding sheet…it has changed my life.
I bought a Groundology grounding sheet four weeks ago having been told about grounding by a friend. I had been taking sleeping pills for over 25 years. The first week I reduced the pills from 2 to 1 a night. After a week I stopped taking them at all. I slept for 7 hours but woke up refreshed and not groggy. I am still sleeping well and I have told my family and friends about my experience. My daughter has bought one and a friend has ordered one.

The product was delayed ,with the fault entirely on the postal service.The customer support of the company was excellent,prompt,polite responses ,offering solutions,both on the phone and via email.At no point did I feel that things were out of control.Furthermore when I received the product and tried it the first night,I slept better than I had in months. I'm very happy with the products
I've just started using grounding SoftSilver sheets and pillow cases. After 3 weeks I noticed my sleep improved and i do not wake up mid night anymore. I also feel less back pain.
It is still early, but since nothing else changed in my rotine, I believe i can say it is related.

I have bought various items from Groundology over the years and have been very pleased with their products.
I have several autoimmune disorders and using my grounding products, alongside exercise & a careful diet, keeps them in check. I have the grounding bed sheet and silver pillow case, the grounding mat, the grounding bracelet, & grounding patches.

The order arrived very quickly and I was very impressed with the quality, feel and fit of the sheet. I had a minor issue with the plug so I emailed the company and (Bigi) from customer services replied almost immediately and sorted out the problem without any fuss. Yesterday, I slept on groundology's bed sheet for the first time after washing it by hand with a gentle, fragrance-free detergent.
It was a wonderful experience. I noticed the effects after a few minutes, which was a little unsettling, but I reminded myself that I was sleeping on a grounding bedsheet.
I calmed down and slept well after weeks of poor sleep.
And their support is amazing.

The products are amazing and have helped me recover from deep-seated (years-long) chronic insomnia. I had tried every other possible approach to curing my insomnia and absolutely nothing worked. I bought the fitted sheet and it worked like a charm - within 3 weeks I was sleeping through the night and waking refreshed every morning. Years later I still buy one every couple of years as they do lose their conductivity over time and I do still need them to get a good night's sleep, but they are worth every penny. I have just bought my latest replacement this week. They have literally given me my life back.

Over the past year, I have used both a grounding mat and pillowcase from Groundology. I have been pleasantly surprised how much grounding has helped me have better quality sleep and a recent medical procedure showed significant reduction in my level of inflammation. I have ordered another pillowcase so I can continue grounding while one is being laundered. Any enquiries I have are answered promptly and the staff are very helpful.

I was introduced to grounding by my nutritionist and I fell in love with the idea almost straightaway. However given weather in England, I know I must find a trustworthy indoor grounding tools as well. After extensive research, I found groundology. I bought mats, bands and heeling straps and I have been grounded as much as and as often as I can. While using a new product, I would have different questions. Super good customer Service. If you got any issues, just get in touch. My products are all super well and even if I feel I am healthy already , I am sure they bring their benefits.
I was reading into the topic for a while and it's all scientifically proven. I also got my dad a sheet and my mother as well, as I believe we all should sleep on them, whether that's a silver sheet or a cotton silver lined one. Highly recommend. I also use the matt for under my keyboard on my PC.

I have Osteoarthritis in both my knees, my body has been aching for awhile.

Cannot fault their services.
i have been doing business with this company for donkey years. Prior my pension days. I have bought lot of products from them.
Over time Groundology has given me replacements.
For products, i prefer PVC grounding mats so i do not have to wash. Just wipe with water or non bleach spray. No bleach.
Fabric items: i forgot to use specialised soap and i lost conductivity …. But Groundology stepped in and offered me half price PVC grounding mat (full length which they had before). This was few years back.
I now have two large grounding mats for neck to toe length. I cannot live without them. I feel a big difference mentally and physically, without it.
Big Thanks to Groundology. Highly recommend them. Support UK businesses. Buy the accessories too eg tester.
I first bought from Amazon. It did not last long. Seller was awful! Washed their hands off me. Crooks. I then found Groundology.

I bought a soft silver grounding sheet which I used for about 4 months before I went back to see my specialist to see how my red blood cells and platelets were doing? My platelets had been off for years and my blood too thick. This had showed up for over 8 years, after using thf grounding sheet, my platelet and red blood cells are 100% m, the dr was so impressed he asked for the details of the grounding sheet for his clients
